The house is located just above the village of Lavis, climbing towards the hill, from where the majesty of the Paganella and part of the Val d'Adige can be admired, immersed in the green of the vines.
We are surrounded by farms and vineyards and, precisely for this reason, we believe it represents the ideal place for a pleasant and comfortable holiday.
Our two apartments, which have been given the names of two fine vines of the area (Nosiola and Chardonnay), are both on the ground floor and consist of large, finely furnished rooms (90 m2) with an adjacent private porphyry square where you can relax even outside, in the company of birds singing when you wake up in spring, after returning from the various excursions of the day;
the parking space is adjacent to the apartment and is free.
We are close to all conveniences: supermarkets, shops, ice cream parlors, bars, pharmacies, restaurants and, in a few km, it is possible to range in a wide variety of both recreational and cultural tourist alternatives; we are 10 minutes from Trento, 40 from Bolzano and about half an hour from the ski resorts (Paganella, Bondone).
